人力资源部长：CMCO 在家办公获全薪雇主不能强迫年假和无薪假

人力资源部长拿督斯里沙拉瓦南宣布，任何在有条件行管令（CMCO）区内受指在家办公的员工可如常获得全薪，雇主不能强迫员工申请年假或无薪假。

部长今天发文告指出，这份声明与指令是和人资部在 3 月份的行动管制令（MCO）实行时一样。不过，雇主可以与雇员基于共同利益来商讨所应采取的行动和决定。

文告中也阐明，任何查询，可致电 03-8886 2352、03-8886 2409、03-8888 9111 与大马半岛人力局（JTKSM）联系。
