一场疫情打乱了不少人的生活步调，世界各地纷纷锁国，为的就是可以成功抵制新冠疫情。然而，这世上有着许多异国恋人们，一心盼望着解禁的那一天，再次感受到另一半的温暖。
但随着日子一天一天的过去，新冠肺炎也迎来了一周年之际，异国恋人们再见的那一天，似乎已经慢慢无期。正当他们饱受着远距离的相思之苦，欧洲国家最先发起了「Love is Not Tourism」，希望各国可以开放给这些境外配偶的家属，或是有条件的开放入境。而台湾的「Love is Not Tourism」的 Instagram 账号也接受了不少已过恋人们的投稿，在 Instagram 上贴出了他们被疫情阻扰的爱情故事。
