防长：8月1日开始，公共交通&公众场所强制戴口罩！

国防部高级部长拿督斯里依斯迈宣布，政府今日通过国家安全理事会决定，从下月1日公共交通及人多的公众场所务必佩戴口罩。据悉，公共场合包括巴刹、商场等。

他说，可以佩戴自制的口罩，有关规格以世界卫生组织公佈的为准，而卫生部较后会公佈相关规格。

他指出，这是因为很多民众如今在乘搭公共交通已经没有佩戴口罩，在拥挤的公共场所也没有遵守社交距离。

他说，政府是基于增加了新的感染群及卫生部的建议而作出上述决策。
