这 5 种情况可获准出国！新 SOP 允许申请出境的大马人！有些人甚至无需申请！

我们已经一年多没有办法出国了，那么究竟谁是可以出国的呢？国家安全理事会发布大马公民出国最新程序和条件。在行动管制令期间，国人严禁出国旅行、度假和探亲。根据条例，在 5 种情况下，大马公民被允许申请出境：

获得新工作
新生入学
参与考试
出席会议或办公
处理紧急事务

这些人士可通过 MyTravelPass 系统提交申请。
