MySejahtera 再出状况,多名民众无端端“被确诊 / 被隔离”,造成困扰。随后,MySejahtera 官方也在推特发文道歉,指任何被错误颁布的居家隔离令(HSOs)已被删除,任何错误被鉴定为受监督者(PUS)的状态,也已经获得修正。
Good morning everyone – we apologise for the error on our part which allowed random users’ to be given HSOs/PUS status. We have fixed the root cause which allowed this to happen. All incorrect HSOs have been deleted, and incorrect PUS status reverted.

由于事发突然,许多民众更因此被拒绝上飞机,错过班机!受影响民众更是涌入推特,纷纷炮轰 MySejahtera,质问当局,谁应该为他们的损失负责及赔偿。但至今都没有任何一方做出回应。
Please advice upon how to reinstate the actual status upon our profile as for today this inconvenience a serious issue as how I am suppose to catch a flight today and all this airline cancellations comes with a cost as we might not be able to refund it

- 选择“A:I would like to redo my assessment”
- 选择“A:My health assessment”
