构成犯罪行为

根据LTN自由时报报道，香港政府最近修改了国家安全相关的执行细则，其中一个重点就是 —— 拒绝提供手机或电脑密码，可能构成犯罪。

简单来说，如果警方在调查案件时，认为你的电子设备里有相关证据，而你拒绝交出解锁方式，就有可能被控告。
