中秋临近,各式各样的月饼都能在超市及大街小巷觅到踪迹。正所谓每逢佳节“胖三斤”,甜糯的月饼是众所周知高油高糖的热量炸弹。 想要吃好不胖,不妨试试一直主打无油健康烹饪的空气炸锅。是的你没看错,无需烤箱,只需简单的几个步骤和几乎人手一个的空气炸锅,你就能做出好吃不胖的中秋月饼啦! 芝麻月饼 面团 现磨黑芝麻粉 20克 低筋面粉 190克 无盐牛油 100克 蛋液 15克 糖粉 45克 淡奶油 20克 椰浆 10克 黑芝麻馅 黑芝麻月饼馅 216克 现磨黑芝麻粉 月饼馅做法 1. 把黑芝麻包在锡纸中,放进空气炸锅,用160°C烤5分钟。放凉后用食品处理机磨成粉。 2. 混合黑芝麻馅材料,分并揉成20克一块的小球,放进冰箱冷藏待用。 饼皮做法 1. 把低筋面粉和芝麻粉混合后过筛。 2. 把软化的牛油和筛好的糖粉混合均匀,加入蛋液、淡奶油和椰浆搅拌,加入筛好的低筋面 粉和芝麻粉,搅拌均匀。 3. 用保鲜膜包好,冷藏至少1小时。 月饼做法 1. 把做好的饼皮面团分28克的小块,揉成小球,用手掌或擀面杖压平。把黑芝麻馅放在压平 的面团上,用面团把黑芝麻馅裹好,密封后经轻搓成球状。 2. 把面团放进月饼模具内(内部抹少许菜籽油以便于脱模),盖上保鲜膜冷藏1小时以上。 3. 用200°C预热空气炸锅10分钟,把月饼放进炸锅前适量喷水,用200°C烤4分钟,再转到 180°C继续烤2分钟。 4. 把月饼连烤蓝一起取出,在月饼表面刷上适量糖浆,继续烤1分钟,然后把月饼转移到盘 子上即可。 果仁月饼 面团 糖 50克 鸡蛋 1个 无盐牛油 150克 […]
